Ever try working out with ropes? It is the best full body workout you can get. I am soo excited for the Summer. I got the idea from trainer to the stars, Gunnar Peterson who works out of Beverly Hills and is excellent!

One of my favorites is home made desserts. I have always had a sweet tooth for chocolate and cakes. Special baking brings me back to my childhood. Not only the smell but the taste !  Nothing like the real thing and I have some amazing family recipes. Tell me, what is your favorite dessert?

My voice has been chosen to be the voice of AC (Adult Contemporary) stations all over the USA ! This time in ENGLISH,  This is a dream come true !!! If you hear a radio station you love, listen closely to who says the name of the station and the frequency.

One thing I love about the fall is the amazing "home made" baking that goes on in my family.  My aunt Sonia has always made amazing classic American homemade pie crust I am trying to perfect it as she has.  As I practice in the kitchen till I get it right for Thanksgiving, here is the best recipe I have found. You can upload pictures and advice with other fabulous bakers from around  the world on this site, I just love it!  I am going to make those beautiful delicate leaves too.
